Everything was nice, special service, great location just next door to nature with a view of a river and forest, green mountains and flowing river and coffee shops.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel nestled in the middle of a lush green forest, surrounded by picturesque mountains. The location was absolutely stunning, providing a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. The rooms were clean and well-decorated, with the added bonus of having a balcony to enjoy the beautiful views.

My experience at this hotel was great and I couldn't find any major faults.

I recommend everyone who want to visit turkey dont miss this hotel and visitting rize its nice and cool city the hotel is very excellant place to visit all the staff are so cooprate and helpfull hot water is wonderfull

The hotel is very wonderful in all respects .. Location far from the pulse of life, but beautiful for rest and relaxation .. The way a little bit bumpy at first, but I can not OT beauty the way to the hotel .. Comfortable air-conditioning, delicious breakfast and salary, I have a notice on the employee is located in the lobby coffee just because it has increased the invoice on the eaters on the night of nights .. The location was absolutely stunning, surrounded by lush green forests and beautiful nature views. The rooms were comfortable and I especially loved having a balcony to soak in the serene atmosphere. The staff were attentive and friendly, making sure that all my needs were met. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. The attention to detail and value for money was top-notch.

I faced a small problem only while I checking out ... I don't know what happen but they told me the credit card dose not work so I paid cash .... my credit card is working but ther machine dose not work .

The location is nice although its way too far ! from the main road or the city. The river near the hotel is nice too.

No ac in the room! Was too hot inside the room and the staff claimed that they can control the heater by them self!. The food wasnt good at all for both breakfast and dinner. Whatever we asked for they answer ok and the never bring it ! in astay of 3 days they didnt change the beed sheets or put a lotion in the bathroom. I didnt feel im in a 5 star hotel at all. They should work harder and not just take it as agrant cause they the only hotel or 5 star hotel in the area!

Comfortable standard queen rooms with air-conditioning for those hot days 😎. the modern bathrooms are a nice touch. the breakfast spread includes plenty of delicious options. the hotel's location is wonderful, nestled within a lush green forest setting.

Everything was more than ok, there's nothing that needs improvement.

A very wonderfull nature, very good place. There is a nice river passing through hotel. Foods are ok and they have professional massage services. I highly reccomend to people who like wild nature

1-Reception is very poor, they need to improve reception services. Only 2 staff is working for full day, and they are always tired. We highly reccomend to educate reception staff. 2- there is no normal pool, all pools are termal pools and of course they are very hot, it is impossible to swim more than 15minutes.
